Must be able to work at least 15 hours a week including day, night and weekend shifts. Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team. Must be able to follow instructions from managers and shift leaders. Must have a strong work ethic, strong social skills, and excellent customer service. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule depending on volume.
Duties may include the following:
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
- Attend to customers upon entrance.
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages, including daily specials.
- Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other items.
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
- Issue bills and accept payment.
- Promote dedication from customers.
- Stock bar and other necessary items.
- Keep the restaurant clean, including cleaning during slow periods.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, slicing meat, or preparing sauces). Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Answer, report and follow kitchen, and general manager instructions.
- Stock inventory appropriately.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
